The Grebeg Pancasila ceremony is a commemoration of the Pancasila Birth Day which is designed to be a cultural event. Performed by Blitar artists with a touch and aesthetic and aesthetic tools without leaving the eternity and meaning of a ceremony. This ceremony is held in Aloon-aloon City of Blitar on the 1st of June. In connection with this, a research was conducted on the Grebeg Pancasila Ceremony. This study aims to determine; 1) History of the Grebeg Pancasila Ceremony in the City of Blitar; 2) Implementation of the Grebeg Pancasila Ceremony in the City of Blitar; 3) Nationalism values contained in each ceremony of the Grebeg Pancasila Ceremony in Blitar City; 4) Constraints faced in the implementation of the Grebeg Pancasila Ceremony held in the City of Blitar; 5) Prospective in the implementation of the Grebeg Pancasila Ceremony held in the City of Blitar.
